These terms cover how you may use the Backlinkier website and order our link building services. We deliver manual, white-hat placements and report on them, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using backlinkier.com or ordering our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Backlinkier team.
2. Our services
Backlinkier provides link building services, including a backlink marketplace and done-for-you packages, plus free SEO tools. Service details, deliverables and prices are shown on the site or in your order confirmation.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or begin work.
- Prices are shown in $(dollars) and may change before you order.
- Payment is due at the time of order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
4. Delivery and reporting
We place links through manual outreach and quality-check each placement. We provide reports on delivered links, including metrics such as DA, DR and traffic where available. Delivery times are estimates and depend on third-party websites.
5. No guarantee of rankings
Search engine results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level or timeframe. Third-party metrics such as DA and DR are estimates from other providers.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your website and goals.
- Make sure the pages you want linked comply with the law and are not misleading, unlawful or harmful.
- Do not use our services for adult, illegal, deceptive or otherwise prohibited content. We may decline or cancel orders that break this rule.
7. Link permanence and changes
Links are placed on websites we do not own. We work to place links that remain live, but site owners may edit or remove content.
If a delivered link is removed or changed (for example, the page is deleted, the link is removed, or it is changed to nofollow when it was delivered as dofollow) within 90 days of delivery, we will replace it with a link of similar quality at no extra cost. To claim a replacement, contact us within that period with your order number and the affected link. We will confirm the issue and arrange the replacement within a reasonable time.
Replacements are not available where the link was removed or changed because of something you did, such as editing or deleting the target page, changing your website’s URLs, or a breach of these terms. We do not offer replacements for changes in rankings, traffic or third-party metrics such as DA and DR, because these are outside our control. Where we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we may offer a partial refund for the affected link instead, as set out in section 8.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Cancellations. You may cancel an order before we begin work by emailing info@backlinkier.com. If we have not yet started, we will refund the full amount. Once work has begun (including outreach, content writing or negotiation with a publisher), the order cannot be cancelled, but we may refund any part of the order that has not yet been started, at our discretion.
Refunds. Because our services involve third-party websites and work that begins quickly, payments are generally non-refundable once an order has started. We will issue a refund, in full or in part, in these cases:
- We are unable to deliver the ordered service, or part of it, within 60 days of the order, and we cannot offer a reasonable alternative that you accept.
- A delivered link does not match the agreed specification (for example, the site does not meet the agreed metrics or topic), and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time.
- A link is removed or changed within the replacement period in section 7, and we cannot provide a suitable replacement.
Not eligible for a refund. We do not refund orders because of changes in search rankings, traffic, or third-party metrics (DA, DR and similar), because no results are guaranteed (see section 5). We also do not refund orders cancelled or delayed because of inaccurate information from you, or orders cancelled for breaking section 6.
How to request. Email info@backlinkier.com with your order number and the reason within 14 days of delivery or of the issue arising. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
9. Intellectual property
The Backlinkier name, logo, website content and tools belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Content you supply remains yours, and you give us permission to use it to deliver your order.
10. Free tools
Free tools such as the plagiarism checker, grammar checker, paraphrasing tool and backlink checker are provided “as is” for general use, and results may not be complete or error-free.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, traffic or rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Third-party websites
Our site and reports contain links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
